NASA has a website, Eyes on the Earth 3D , that permits you to see the position of over a dozen NASA satellites such as LANDSAT7, TERRA, AWUA, ICESAT, etc. You can track their position in real time and even see the data.
You can select a specific mission and watch either previous data or real time data. I suggest you watch the demonstration video. It is truly phenomenal, what NASA has made available for armchair scientists. Try it out!
Senate sends NASA budget bill to President's desk tells that NASA will have an $18.7B budget for this year. $3.1B is allocated to the Space Shuttle operations and $3.7B is allocated to space exploration, but Congress specifically forbids NASA to cancel the controversial Constellation program without approval.
